IBC can be experienced over nine months, two year, or four year periods. To the degree that you sense the call of God on your life, IBC is here to equip you for that purpose. Our Lord has always been in the business of multiplying the little that we have to meet the needs of others. Just as it has always been, that multiplication is preceded by a faithful offering regardless of its size. Your life is a seed, what could God do with it if you sow it into what He is doing? Imagine the multiplication that would come from the little that you may have when given to the right thing. Imagine what could happen if your passions met the purpose of God for your life. The possibilities are LIMITLESS.
In 2005, Shortly after the waters of Hurricane Katrina subsided, Lead Pastors of City Church of New Orleans returned to their devastated residence in New Orleans, Louisiana, to begin the rebuilding process. With a committed heart the McManus' and a ministry team of about 30 people decided to rebuild the House of God before any work would be done on their own homes. During this time, within the hallowed walls of the desolate church, the Lord spoke a word to Pastor Owen instructing him to start a full time Ministry School. In the fall of 2006 IBC was open, and today this ministry training center has multiplied exponentially, and is sending men and women around the world for life-transforming ministry.

International Bible College is a residential campus located on the grounds of City Church of New Orleans. We are confident that students grow and are challenged at a greater level by residing in community with their peers. Campus living promotes students to connect with each other, succeed academically, and engage in campus functions. Each house has an RA (resident advisor) who oversees the safety and logistics of the house and helps cultivate an atmosphere of unity and fun.
